Hi, I’m Johannes – a tech enthusiast, cybersecurity researcher, and founder of Pontis IT Consulting and Cyber Vision Lab. I’m currently studying Business Informatics in Kiel, Germany, while building intelligent systems to detect cyber threats in real time.
My work blends hands-on engineering with academic research. I’ve worked with companies like Zalando and Thales Group, focusing on network security, test automation, and machine learning. Right now, I’m developing an adaptive honeypot framework that uses deep learning to analyze and version real-world cyberattacks. It’s part of my thesis in collaboration with the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
I believe in open-source, reproducible research, and I’m passionate about building tools that make cybersecurity more accessible, transparent, and resilient.
